From the beginning, you are on a first name basis with the builders, Anthony Register and John Meeks, and they will be the last persons you shake hands with at the end of your homebuilding journey.

How does The Tidal Experience work?

  • First, Talk with the Builder or a New Homes Specialist: Begin by calling our main office and setting up an appointment with Anthony Register to discuss your home plan needs. Or, you may visit one of our Sales Centers with beautiful model homes and talk with our New Home Specialists about the homes we may have available and ready to move in. Call 912.756.3503 or e-mail us for information on how to get started.

  • Next, Determine Your Financing Needs: Our mortgage affiliate, Tivoli Mortgage, is ready to help you create a favorable mortgage package customized to your particular and personal needs. Once you know what you can afford, the selection process is much easier.

  • Then, Select Your Home Plan: If you are not buying a home that is ready to move, then you will need to select a plan from our extensive library or bring us one of your own. Anthony Register, co-owner and builder, is one of the few builders in the Savannah area who will sit down with you personally and help you determine exactly what your needs are so that the home plan you choose will truly fit your lifestyle.

  • Now, Meet the Tidal Team: Once you have chosen your home or your plan, if you are building, you will meet several members of our Tidal Team. Most likely you’ve already met your New Home Specialist in your chosen community and you will have met Anthony and his assistant, Sandra Cobb. Soon you will meet the Tidal Building Supervisor who either supervised the building of your “ready-to-move-in” home or will supervise the construction process on your home.   • And, Meet with the Design Center Specialist: The exciting part of building a new home is that you get to choose your brick, paint colors, carpeting, flooring options, light fixtures, appliances, and countless other items. We provide the services of our Design Center to make coordinating and choosing much easier than driving all over town, talking to people who do not know your home.

  • Finally, It’s Closing Time and Move-In Day: When your new home is completed or you’re ready to close, you have a Closing Coordinator assigned to ensure that the closing runs smoothly. After you’ve moved in, your Warranty Specialist will be available to answer any questions you have and resolve any minor issue typically found in a new home. Remember, your new home is backed by the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, so you can move in and relax. A Tidal Home is the most worry-free investment you can make.

  • But Don’t Forget – Maintain Your New Home and Refer Family and Friends: You chose your Tidal community and Tidal Home because it felt right and matched your lifestyle. You might also like to have family or friends live nearby. We’ll give you a reward worth up to $1,000 just for referring someone who then buys and closes on a Tidal Home.
